This holistic session is the first steps towards to your transformation. Up to 3.30 hrs. of holistic hypnotherapy. It is specially designed by your unique needs. You'll receive tons of information about you. Here, you'll find an example: - Re-discover your True-Self and align with the frequency of the highest version of yourself. - Connect with your subconscious mind, or your Higher Self and Spiritual Guides. Ask those questions you've always wanted to know about yourself. - Find the root cause of your issues or blockages to finally overcome them. The FIRST PART of the session is about connecting with your True-Self frequency/energy. It is the state of being when you feel free to express yourself in your unique way, when you're free of limited beliefs, negative thoughts or low frequency emotions. When you are aligned with that core energy, you express the highest version of yourself. From your true-self frequency, you can connect to the highest version of your Future-Self, that possibility in the future. Find guidance and support from that aspect of you. When you are aligned, you experience life feeling empowered, free, confident, compassionate, connected and manifesting the life you desire. The SECOND PART of the session is about connecting with your subconscious mind, or Higher Self and your Spiritual Guides/Helpers, Angels, loved ones that crossed over, etc. You can ask up to 10 personal questions to your subconscious mind or Higher Self, like 'What is the purpose of my life?', ' How can improve my relationship?' What is the meaning of my recurrent dream?' , 'Can you show me a past-life that is affecting me today?', etc. The THIRD PART of the session is finding the root cause of your issues or blockages you want to overcome. When finding the origin of emotional, mental or physical issue, you have the most important tool to work on to finally resolve it. There are different holistic hypnosis strategies to help you overcome your issue, so don't worry.
