What is hypnosis ?

All altered state of awareness is self-hypnosis.

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, nobody can force you, only you can allow it.

Hypnosis is a focused state, an altered conscious awareness, a state of mental relaxation.

You can enter this state of mind when you enter into the alpha waves of brain activity.

That happens when your body is relaxed, like before you go to sleep, or in a meditation, reading a good book, daydreaming, etc. At that moment, the conscious mind is also relaxed, and the subconscious mind becomes accessible.

Our subconscious mind let the conscious mind bring forward only the information you are ready to explore based on your beliefs system and the theme of exploration.

The subconscious mind is the bridge or the filter, between the conscious mind (ego/self) and the unconscious (memory bank).

Through hypnosis we can reach a deep state of high consciousness awareness, the superconscious. When in that state, you can access the consciousness of everything and everyone, communicating with all. You can communicate with the consciousness of a tree, an animal, a loved one, a pencil, your organs, your blood, etc. All.

A holistic hypnosis session will guide you to reach that deep state. After the session your mind will know how to reach there, will know how it feels and will recognize those moments when in deep meditation or prayer.

In high consciousness you move/travel with your etheric body, everything is faster and you communicate by telepathy.
