Our world is a reflection of our inner abundance. Physical reality is a reflection of your strongest beliefs. And emotions are experiences that are deeply embodied affecting the way our hearts and mind work. Emotions are typically triggered by how we perceive or make sense of our current circumstances. Emotions are created by the meaning or definitions we give to all things. We cannot have an emotion if we don't have a definition first. Positive emotions helps us find day to day life, particularly satisfying. That doesn’t mean that we need to be feeling happy all the time, or faking it, it can actually be really harmful. I am talking about prioritizing positivity, engaging in activities or situations that are sources of positive emotions, making your day a gratifying one. Choosing to focusing on those. In this program, you will find activities that will help you find your way to experience positive emotions, and little by little, day by day, transforming your perception of your world and your life.
